Mayo Clinic is hiring a Research Fellow to work in Dr. Maliha Zahid's lab, conducting small-animal experiments, cell and tissue culture, RNA and qPCR work, FACS, mouse models of heart failure, echocardiography, imaging, and related laboratory procedures. The role also involves maintaining lab records, presenting data, maintaining laboratory supplies, preparing manuscripts, and assisting with grant preparation. Candidates must have a relevant Ph.D., may have completed no more than one prior postdoctoral fellowship, and should have a major in biology, pharmacology, or biomedical engineering.
