EOS is seeking a Research Associate or Research Fellow to develop AI and AI-enabled software and tools for nature-positive business transformation in ASEAN. The role involves reviewing large language models, agents, and world models; designing and implementing sustainability-focused tools; testing and benchmarking performance; collaborating with researchers and industry partners; developing prototypes or APIs; and contributing to publications and open-source activities. Applicants need an MSc or PhD in a relevant field, experience with language or AI software development, Python and machine-learning library skills, data engineering experience, and applied NLP interest.
