Description
Tyndall National Institute is hiring a Research Fellow to lead TCAD-based research on next-generation semiconductor devices using transition metal dichalcogenides and p-type oxide semiconductors. The role develops and validates physics-based simulation models, applies machine learning to accelerate simulations, collaborates with experimentalists, translates simulation results into fabrication guidelines, pursues external funding, and mentors graduate and postdoctoral researchers. It is a full-time fixed-term appointment of approximately 24 months, with a possible extension, and offers blended remote and on-site work.
