Architect is an AI research and product lab for chip design seeking a Research Intern for a 3-month internship working with the founding team on reinforcement learning experiments, post-training techniques, fine-tuning algorithms, and model evaluation for AI-driven hardware design. The role focuses on implementing and testing research ideas in Python and PyTorch, analyzing experimental results, and contributing to model reasoning, alignment, and training recipes. The position prefers candidates pursuing advanced degrees in CS, ML, mathematics, or related fields, with strong RL and LLM experience; hardware design knowledge is a plus.
