Description
Microsoft is hiring a Research Intern to conduct research and lead research collaborations in computer science and engineering, with a focus on machine intelligence and machine learning. The intern will analyze algorithms on large-scale datasets, implement scalable AI prototypes, collaborate on systems from prototyping through production, develop solutions for large-scale problems, and support technology transfer, standards, patents, white papers, and internal tools. Candidates must be pursuing a relevant bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree and have at least one additional quarter or semester remaining after the internship; programming experience and research experience in areas such as natural language understanding, computer vision, machine learning, or deep learning are preferred.
