Isomorphic Labs is hiring Research Leaders and Senior Scientists for its In vitro and Cellular Pharmacology sub-team within Translational Sciences. The roles involve designing biological screening cascades, optimizing biophysical, biochemical, and cellular assays, evaluating binding and dose-response data, supporting CRO activities, and translating computational predictions into experimental validation. Candidates need a Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline, 8+ years of professional experience in translational sciences, and extensive in vitro pharmacology expertise; some positions include people management of 2–3 pharmacologists. The role follows a hybrid model requiring office attendance three days per week.
