Isomorphic Labs is hiring experienced translational biology professionals at the Research Leader and Senior Scientist levels to lead small-molecule drug discovery translational strategies across oncology, immunology, and partnership portfolios. The role focuses on in vitro and in vivo pharmacology, PK/PD and safety assessments, translational models, biomarker strategies, CRO oversight, clinical translation, experimental data interpretation, and collaboration with machine learning, discovery biology, DMPK, toxicology, clinical development, and program management teams. Some positions include management and mentoring of teams of 2–3 In vivo Pharmacologists. The position uses a hybrid work model requiring office attendance three days per week.
