Research Leader / Senior Scientist (Medicinal Drug Design), Cambridge, MA at Isomorphic Labs

Isomorphic Labs is hiring experienced medicinal chemists at Research Leader and Senior Scientist levels to lead drug discovery projects from initiation through clinical candidate selection. The role combines medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, structure-based drug design, ADME optimization, AI/ML platform collaboration, CRO management, scientific communication, intellectual property generation, and— for some positions— people management of teams of 2–4 medicinal chemists. The position follows a hybrid model requiring attendance in the office three days per week.
