KLUE WIN-LOSS is hiring a Research Manager to lead win-loss, churn, and seller research programs while training, tuning, and supervising AI interviewers. The role owns program delivery, high-trust interviewing, qualitative analysis, customer partnerships, and insights that support renewal and expansion, with a hybrid office-first schedule in Vancouver, Toronto, or London. Candidates need strong qualitative research, communication, program management, and AI-interviewer skills; LLM, AI-agent, and consulting experience are preferred.
