Rhoda AI is hiring Research Scientists and Research Engineers to adapt a web-pretrained video model to real robot tasks through post-training. The role involves designing reinforcement learning and supervised fine-tuning pipelines, developing reward modeling and policy optimization methods, building inverse dynamics models, evaluating policies on real hardware, and improving generalization and failure-mode handling. Candidates should have robotics, autonomous systems, or physical AI experience, strong robot policy learning knowledge, practical hardware and sensor experience, and hands-on PyTorch skills; reinforcement learning, robotics middleware, simulation, and video-generation experience are advantageous.
