Description
Mind Robotics is hiring a Research & Modeling Engineer to build and train multimodal and vision-language-action models for real-world industrial robotics. The role owns the full model lifecycle from data and training through evaluation, deployment, and hands-on debugging on robots, while developing scalable infrastructure and defining data and evaluation strategies. Candidates should have experience with large-scale models, distributed training systems, Python, and at least one of robotics, VLA systems, or training LLMs/VLMs from scratch.
