Tower Research Capital is hiring a Research Compute Platform Engineer to build a multi-tenant research compute platform that dynamically orchestrates large-scale machine learning workloads across GPUs and CPUs. The role focuses on HPC scheduling, Kubernetes and GPU-native infrastructure, distributed ML frameworks, workflow orchestration, fault tolerance, data-path optimization, observability, and cost transparency across hybrid, multi-datacenter, and multi-cloud environments. The position offers an anticipated annual base salary of $200,000-$300,000 plus eligible discretionary bonus and hybrid working opportunities.
