Description
Abundant is hiring a Research Product Manager (RPM) to design and implement model capabilities for reinforcement learning and agentic systems. The role co-designs model improvements with researchers, reviews literature, runs experiments and benchmarks, gathers user feedback, and develops data pipelines. Candidates should be technically fluent in evaluations, reinforcement learning, LLMs, and agents; able to read research papers; highly proficient with coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code; and possess strong ownership and creative problem-solving skills. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$210,000, a performance bonus, equity, and health, dental, vision, and flexible PTO benefits.
