Description
The Research Program Director will lead research development, planning, operations, fellowship recruitment, outreach, fellow mentorship, research workshops, digital platform content, publications, events, online presence, grant proposals, budgets, and program evaluations. The role requires a Ph.D. in Sociology, Political Science, History, or Anthropology and at least 12 months of experience in research executive or analyst, USAID project leadership, program officer or manager, survey and qualitative evaluation, workshop organization, and grant proposal work. Domestic and international travel is required approximately 30% of the time, and the salary is $145,454 per annum.
