Copeland is hiring an experienced Research Project Manager to lead compressor and alternative HVACR research initiatives from conception through completion. The role defines project scope and goals, identifies research opportunities, coordinates cross-functional teams, conducts competitive and patent analysis, reports project status, and mentors project management practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 5–10+ years of progressive project management experience in R&D, engineering, or product development for compressors, turbomachinery, rotating equipment, or similar high-performance systems. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office at the Sidney, Ohio facility, and does not provide work authorization sponsorship.
