The University of Louisville is hiring a full-time, in-person Research Projects Program Manager specializing in operational technology testing and validation. The role serves as the overall event director for Department of War testing and validation experiences, coordinating stakeholders, developing scenarios, managing schedules and resources, overseeing field demonstrations and prototype testing, tracking performance metrics, and preparing after-action reports. The position is grant-funded through August 15, 2027, with continued employment contingent on funding availability, and requires a U.S. government Secret or higher security clearance and relevant export control licenses.
