Description
The Recruitment Specialist will identify, attract, pre-screen, enroll, retain, and support eligible participants in clinical trials while maintaining regulatory and ethical compliance. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, clinical research knowledge, participant-data management, outreach and marketing, and collaboration with investigators and study teams. It is a full-time on-site position reporting to the Vice President, with health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
