Appier is hiring a Research Scientist to advance generative and agentic AI, including large language models, vision-language models, reasoning and planning, post-training methods, multimodal intelligence, and autonomous agent systems. The role involves building and evaluating models, improving training and inference pipelines, publishing research, and collaborating with scientists and engineers to bring frontier research into production applications. Candidates need a master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field, AI/ML research experience, hands-on LLM experience, Python and PyTorch proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
