Genmo is hiring a Research Scientist to lead alignment and post-training research for large-scale diffusion-based video generation models. The role focuses on supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback, evaluation frameworks, data collection, experimental validation, production integration, and responsible AI development. Candidates need a Ph.D. in a relevant field, a strong publication record, extensive PyTorch and distributed-training experience, and expertise in RLHF and evaluation frameworks; the role is based in the Bay Area with candidates expected to be near San Francisco or open to relocation.
