Iambic Therapeutics is hiring a Research Scientist, Bioanalytical Sciences & Assay Development to develop and implement mass spectrometry-based assays and bioanalytical workflows for small-molecule drug discovery. The role covers Hit Identification, ADME/DMPK, physicochemical properties, LC-MS/MS method development, automated high-throughput workflows, instrumentation troubleshooting, and data generation for AI/ML-driven compound design. The position is based at the company’s San Diego headquarters and requires a relevant Ph.D. or M.S. with significant industry experience, along with strong mass spectrometry, assay development, and scientific collaboration skills.
