Genmo is hiring a Research Scientist to lead research on diffusion models for text-to-video generation. The role involves developing novel architectures and algorithms, conducting experiments, integrating research into production, publishing and contributing to open-source work, mentoring junior researchers, and collaborating with product teams. Candidates need a Ph.D. in a relevant field, a strong publication record in generative-model research, extensive experience with large-scale generative models, Python and deep-learning expertise, and strong communication and teamwork skills. The role is based in the Bay Area, with candidates expected to be near San Francisco or open to relocation.
