GenScript is hiring a fully onsite Research Scientist II, Gene R&D in Piscataway, New Jersey, to develop and optimize high-throughput sequencing library preparation methods, manage project timelines, analyze and present data, and support technology transfer. The role requires a PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related field, more than two years of relevant experience developing scalable next-generation sequencing workflows, hands-on experience with Illumina and Oxford Nanopore library preparations, bioinformatics pipeline expertise, programming proficiency, and extensive experience analyzing biological datasets. The salary is $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
