Description

Lockheed Martin is hiring a mid-level F-35 Radar Cross Section (RCS) Support Specialist to support Zonal RCS measurements, field diagnostics, data analysis, Handheld Imaging Tool (HIT) implementation, RCS zonal management systems, and repair-verification processes. The Fort Worth-based role may require travel to operational bases, aircraft depots, and MRO&U facilities for up to 50% of the time, and requires a relevant technical degree, prior Low Observables experience, RCS measurement and analysis experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret US Government Clearance. The full-time salary range is $98,100 to $182,100, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or another technical degree program
Required Previous Experiences: Previous experience in Low Observables, survivability, and/or susceptibility
Experience measuring aircraft RCS signature and/or completing RCS data analysis
In-depth understanding of RCS zonal measurement equipment processes and/or RCS data capture
Experience in RCS design and Low Observable materials and processes
Experience with Low Observable material repairs
Hands-on experience operating the Handheld Imaging Tool or other RCS zonal measurement systems
Experience working within and leading cross-functional teams
Experience operating within fielded and depot aircraft sustainment environments
Experience interfacing with contractors, military customers, and depot management
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with F-35 airframe design, coating materials, aircraft systems, and subsystems
Classified system administration and Comp TIA Security+ certification
Ability to operate autonomously with minimal management direction
