Description
The Research Site Manager owns the day-to-day execution of clinical trial activities at research sites, managing site staff, workflows, inventory, purchasing, enrollment performance, compliance, monitoring follow-up, and communication with investigators, sponsors, and CROs. The role also supports CRCs as a backup coordinator, leads onsite training, and oversees the full employee lifecycle for site staff. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of senior Clinical Research Coordinator experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel across facility sites.
