Responsibilities include attending technical events, preparing presentations, coordinating with performers, test and evaluation, government, and transition partners, reviewing technical reports, managing collaborative environments, providing reach-back support, and identifying emerging technologies. The role requires current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph, a relevant bachelor's degree with six or more years of experience or a master's degree with two or more years of experience, and extensive experience in wireless communications, RF engineering, antenna systems, signal processing, test and measurement, research and development, and program planning.
