Description
Microsoft Research India is hiring a Research Engineer to work on artificial intelligence and machine learning research, including new models, scalable architectures, systems support, and large-scale applications. The role involves strong coding and engineering, end-to-end research and development, collaboration with researchers and partners, ownership of project goals, and mentoring interns and team members. Candidates need a degree in computer science or a related field, strong programming and communication skills, and at least five years of industry experience; deep learning, LLMs, large-scale systems, Python, PyTorch, CUDA, and model evaluation experience are preferred.
