Bayer Crop Science is hiring a Research Specialist III in Monmouth, Illinois, to work with the Field-Testing Team in Plant Biotechnology. The role plans, coordinates, and executes crop physiology experiments, manages seeding, plant development, data collection, harvest, and sample collection, trains temporary employees, coordinates with project teams, and ensures safety and compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or knowledge of one by December 2026, field-based research experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with row-crop production and farm equipment. Compensation is $68,240 to $102,360 annually, with health, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave benefits; domestic relocation may be provided.
