Description
The Property Records Exemption Specialist interprets property-ownership and exemption documents, processes exemption applications, assists property owners, maintains compliant records, and provides customer service. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; PC and Microsoft Office proficiency; strong organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills; and the ability to pass a standardized skill test. Previous office, customer service, appraisal, or tax-office experience is preferred, along with Spanish bilingual ability. The position offers a salary of $38,720 to $49,189 DOE.
