Description
The Research Technologist performs laboratory tasks and completes routine assays according to established protocols. This includes conducting independent or instructed clinical and research experiments, learning techniques using basic science knowledge, resolving common problems during routine assays, and gaining problem-solving skills. The technologist will run lab tests, collect data, train others on equipment usage, set up experiments, prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, and manage supply inventory.
