DNV is recruiting candidates for its 2027 Research Trainee Programme in Group Research and Development. The two-year programme includes three eight-month rotations across GRD and DNV business areas, with a base in Høvik outside Oslo and an alternative base in Trondheim for Cybersecurity. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a relevant technical discipline, completed between 2025 and 2027, and must be ready to start by mid-August 2027. The programme focuses on AI assurance, cybersecurity, and nuclear propulsion safety, and successful completion may lead to a relevant position within DNV.
