Description
Gernandt & Danielsson is hiring a Research Trainee to work approximately one day per week across several business-law practice areas, including legal research, dispute-resolution submissions, commercial and confidentiality agreements, board materials, M&A transactions, prospectus work, document proofreading and translation, and knowledge-management tasks. The position initially runs for one semester, with possible extension and a summer trainee period. Applicants must have strong academic credentials and have completed at least four semesters of law studies by the time employment begins; the application period for the spring semester of 2027 is open until December 1, 2026.
