2K Games is hiring a User Experience (UX) Researcher to conduct player-focused research at its Montreal, Canada facilities. The role involves designing and conducting video game playtests, creating research plans and study designs, analyzing qualitative and survey data, writing reports, maintaining research repositories and dashboards, collaborating with research, data science, community, and quality assurance teams, and supporting relationships with development studios and publishing partners. Candidates should have UX research and usability experience, knowledge of mixed-method research, strong communication skills, familiarity with gaming hardware and consoles, and more than two years of relevant experience.
