Description
Aaru is hiring a Prediction Researcher to own open questions about aggregate human behavior and future outcomes. The role involves formulating hypotheses, building predictive methods from heterogeneous real-world data, designing temporal holdouts and prospective tests, evaluating calibration and other decision-relevant metrics, comparing complex methods with strong baselines, diagnosing errors, and handing validated methods to production teams. The position is based in New York City, requires in-person work five days per week, and offers medical, vision, and dental coverage, visa sponsorship, and relocation support.
