Description
The Reservation Agent manages hotel reservations at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, handling inquiries, booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, availability, rates, packages, and guest profiles in the Opera Cloud PMS. The role supports group and FIT reservations, travel agents, corporate accounts, and tour operators, maintains booking data accuracy, prepares reservation reports, and coordinates with Front Office, Commercial, and Revenue teams. It requires 3–5 years of hospitality or travel experience, familiarity with hotel reservation systems, strong English communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
