Gray Collection is hiring a Reservation Agent to serve as the first point of contact for hotel and restaurant guests, handling reservations, inquiries, cancellations, modifications, guest information, complaints, and sensitive payment data. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, accuracy, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of Opera Cloud and OpenTable is an asset, and bilingual French and English communication is required.
