Description
Rixos Hotels is hiring a Reservation Executive for Rixos Tersane İstanbul. The role manages individual and group reservations through phone, email, and online channels; maintains accurate reservation records and guest profiles; supports upselling and cross-selling; coordinates with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management; handles VIP, corporate, and special-request bookings; prepares reservation reports; and maintains relationships with travel agents and corporate partners. The position requires at least three years of experience in a luxury or five-star hotel environment, strong English communication, knowledge of Opera PMS and CRM systems, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
