The successful candidate will handle all reservation-related inquiries via phone and email, manage reservation schedules, coordinate event requests, and ensure a seamless communication process between guests and the operational team. This role focuses on maximizing revenue by providing excellent customer service and optimizing seating capacity.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in using i-host and 7 Rooms reservation systems, along with strong telephone and email communication skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional language knowledge is a plus.
Experience in handling event inquiries and coordinating with operational teams.
