Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is hiring a casual Reservations Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guest phone and digital enquiries. The role manages accommodation bookings, room availability, reservations, payments, amendments, cancellations, special requests, and both FIT and group bookings; upsells packages and resort activities; maintains accuracy in the property management system; and coordinates with hotel departments. Candidates should have reservations, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales experience, strong communication and administrative skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
