Salamander Middleburg is hiring a Reservations Sales Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guests, handle inbound reservation calls and emails, convert inquiries into bookings, sell guestrooms and resort experiences, upsell services, process reservations and special requests, maintain guest records in OPERA PMS, coordinate with resort departments, and meet sales and conversion goals. The role offers competitive hourly pay plus commission, requires a high school diploma or GED, and seeks hospitality, reservations, guest services, or sales experience; it is a flexible full-time position including weekends and holidays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
