Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Reservations Agent in Zakopane to handle individual and group reservations, provide room availability and pricing information, update reservations in the system, manage guest inquiries and special requests, and coordinate with Front Desk and Sales and Marketing. The role uses an equivalent working-time system with shifts on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility and strong Polish and English communication skills required.
