Description
The Reservations / Rapid Response Supervisor oversees daily reservation and rapid-response operations at Horseshoe Bay Resort, supervising 8–10 Reservation Sales Associates. The role focuses on training, guest service, product knowledge, call quality, productivity, revenue protection, booking accommodations and activities, handling guest requests, and reporting. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred college coursework or related training, and three to six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
