PF Holdings is hiring a Reservoir Engineer / Geomechanics Lead to lead the technical development, calibration, validation, and commercialization of the Reservoir Contact Index (RCI) within ProFrac’s Machina well-optimization platform. The role focuses on real-time microseismic and geomechanical diagnostic modeling for hydraulic fracturing, including basin calibration, precursor scoring, Bayesian or quantitative analysis, automation requirements, and translation of research-stage methodologies into product-ready capabilities. The position requires a petroleum engineering, geophysics, or geomechanics background and may involve periodic travel to field and basin sites.
