Description
The Residence Director is a full-time live-in position overseeing the operation, programming, student development, housing, and crisis response of a Christian learning community within a residence hall. The role supervises and mentors Resident Assistants and Building Team Leaders, supports RA training and hiring, adjudicates conduct cases, coordinates with campus services, manages facility access and room assignments, and responds to emergencies. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in higher education, counseling, or a related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and an active Protestant evangelical Christian church membership; a master’s degree and 2–4 years of Residence Life and Housing experience are preferred.
