North Carolina A&T State University is hiring a full-time, permanent Residence Hall Director to oversee the daily operations and management of traditional or suite-style residence halls. The role supervises and trains five to twelve resident assistants, develops student community, provides counseling and disciplinary support, coordinates programming, advises community councils, adjudicates conduct violations, and manages hall budgets and administrative functions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience working with college students and supervising student leaders, and includes rotational on-call duty, evening and weekend work, and residence in a provided furnished on-campus apartment.
