Community Mainstreaming Associates is hiring a full-time Residence Manager in Westbury, New York, to lead a residential program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role manages program operations, Individual Service Plans, behavior support, staff supervision and recruitment, regulatory compliance, safety, budgets, billing, payroll, scheduling, and family communication. It requires at least three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, experience supporting medically complex needs, knowledge of OPWDD regulations, a valid New York State driver’s license, and strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The position pays $66,300 per year and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
