Description
The role manages a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities, overseeing program plans, budgets, staffing, compliance, safety, documentation, training, and resident care. It includes supervising Assistant Managers and DSPs, coordinating with medical and clinical teams, maintaining regulatory records, supporting families and schools, and providing 24/7 on-call coverage. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, three years of administrative or managerial experience with behavioral health challenges, required certifications, and a valid New York State driver’s license.
