Description
The Residence Manager oversees the daily operations of a residential program serving individuals with developmental disabilities, including staff supervision, medical care coordination, facility and household management, regulatory compliance, financial administration, documentation, emergency response, and family and stakeholder communication. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of supervisory or managerial experience, a valid New York State driver's license, AMAP certification or eligibility, and strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Compensation is $26.16–$27.80 per hour after probation, with industry-leading benefits for full-time employees.
