Description
The Residence Program Specialist provides care, personal development, safety, and independence support for people with developmental disabilities in ADAPT Community Network’s residential facilities. The role includes activities-of-daily-living training, crisis and medical-emergency response, medication administration, transportation, meal and housekeeping support, behavioral-program implementation, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. A New York State driver’s license, English communication ability, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a high school diploma or GED are required; six months of related experience is preferred. Compensation is $19.06 per hour after probation, with industry-leading benefits for full-time employees.
