Vita Student is hiring a Residence Supervisor in Lewisham to support the day-to-day operations of a residential property and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and guests. The role supervises and mentors team members, supports customer service, maintenance, housekeeping, and management operations, audits practices, and contributes to strategic goals. It is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 42.5 hours per week, varied weekday and weekend shifts between 6am and 10pm, and flexibility for overtime. The salary is £32,000 per annum plus KPI-related bonus and benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.
