Description
The Residence Concierge responds to owners and guests with visitor information, special arrangements, transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other requests; coordinates access, elevators, valet, and reservation services; documents calls and incidents; and supports lobby ambassador and quality-assurance standards. The role requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least one year of related work experience, with no supervisory experience or license or certification required.
